Angela Marie Williams is a licensed psychotherapist, executive coach, and founder of Angela Marie Coaching and the Health & Wellness Collective. Q: I can’t make this retreat. Will there be another?
A: We host one retreat each year, with future dates and locations announced in advance. Be sure to join our email list or follow Angela on social media to stay updated.

Q: How many people will be there?
A: This is an intentionally intimate experience. We are welcoming 4-6 leaders, plus Angela and her team.

Q: Will I have my own bedroom and bathroom?
A: Yes. Each guest has a private bedroom and bathroom. All spaces are elevated, comfortable, and designed for restoration.

Q: Can you accommodate my dietary restrictions?
A: Yes. Our private chefs and local culinary partners can accommodate dietary needs with advance notice.

Q: What is your refund policy?
A: Due to the intimate nature of this retreat, all payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. Your spot is reserved exclusively for you.

Q: Are travel expenses included?
A: Airfare and required travel insurance are not included. However, accommodations, meals, activities, excursions, and ground transportation in Italy are included in your investment.

Q: Which airport should I fly into?
A: The closest international airport is Milan Malpensa (MXP). We recommend arriving by the morning of May 30, 2026. Transportation from the airport to the villa will be arranged. Departures can be planned for the afternoon/evening of June 4, 2026.

Q: Will alcohol be served?
A: Yes, wine is included with select meals and experiences. However, this is not a party-focused retreat—it is a space for intentional connection, restoration, and celebration.

Q: Do you offer payment plans?
A: Yes. Flexible payment plans are available to make the investment more accessible. You will select your payment option upon acceptance.

Q: Do I need prior experience with retreats, somatic work, or nervous system practices?
A: Not at all. Whether this is your first retreat or your tenth, all practices are guided and accessible. You’ll receive support at every step.

Q: What’s included in the retreat investment?
A: Your investment includes:

  • 6 days / 5 nights luxury accommodations at a private villa

  • Gourmet meals, snacks, and beverages daily
